Ray Ciccone
Raymond R. Ciccone, CPA, MST, CFF
- Raymond R. Ciccone founded the firm in 1988 and has more than thirty
years of experience in public accounting. Ray began his career
with a “Big Four” accounting firm where he specialized in the banking,
manufacturing and hotel industries. As a senior manager with the
firm, Ray spent considerable time over the next ten years developing
the firm’s “closely held business practice” where they provided
financial and tax consulting to owner managed companies.
In
addition to being a CPA, Ray maintains the AICPA designation CFF
(Certified in Financial Forensics). Ray has been practicing
forensic accounting for over thirty years and has testified in
jurisdictions throughout the world. He has been the subject of
numerous articles on forensic accounting including an article in the
New York Times. Ray received his Master’s of Science in Taxation
from the Stillman Graduate School of Seton Hall University and his
Bachelor’s of Science degree with honors from Stockton College.

reports, including this article from the New York Times.
George Gotthold

GEORGE J. GOTTHOLD, CPA, CFP®
- George has over twenty years experience in Public Accounting and
Personal Financial Planning and is currently a Partner with Ciccone,
Gotthold & Koseff, CPA’s, Ship Bottom, NJ where he is in charge of
the Personal Financial Planning and Financial Services section of the
practice. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New
Jersey and New York and is also a Certified Financial Planner.
Throughout
his career George has provided tax and financial planning services to
individuals of varying professions including corporate executives,
small business owners and consultants. Services include all
facets of personal financial planning with a strong emphasis on tax,
investment, insurance, retirement, estate and trust planning. He
is currently licensed to provide investment and insurance products and
is an Investment Advisor Representative for Park Piedmont Advisors,
LLC, an investment advisory firm in New York and San Francisco, which
specializes in asset allocation and portfolio management. George
also has extensive experience in the areas of individual, business,
estate and trust taxation. In addition to serving as accountant
and financial advisor for some not for profit entities, he is a past
Treasurer and Vice President of Habitat for Humanity of Southern Ocean
County. He is also a current board member of the Southern Ocean
County Chamber of Commerce.
In addition, George is part of the
faculty of Farleigh Dickinson University where he teaches the income
tax planning section of their Certified Financial Planning
program. He has also conducted numerous seminars for both the
general public and for other professionals and is frequently quoted in
various publications. George has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from
William Paterson University.
Helene Koseff
HELENE KOSEFF CPA, MBA
- Helene has extensive experience providing accounting, tax and consulting services primarily to closely-held
businesses. These include real estate developers, architects, retail
stores, law firms, manufacturers, distributors, medical practices, hotels and
restaurants. Helene also has assisted clients in acquisitions/sales of
businesses and evaluating accounting systems.
Helene graduated from Rider University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and in 1988 received her MBA from Rider University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is currently president of the Soroptimist International Club of Long Beach Island. She served as past president, vice president and treasurer of the Rotary club of Long Beach Island.
