Ray Ciccone
An Honors Graduate of Stockton College
(BS/Accounting), Ray began his career at Arthur Andersen &
Company where he played a significant role in the development of the
firm's hospitality and casino practice. As a member of the firm's
worldwide Hospitality Accounting Group, he designed and implemented
financial reporting and internal control systems for hotels and casinos.
Over the next ten years Ray spent considerable time
developing the firm's litigation support services practice. As a Senior
Manager with the firm, he applied his non-legal skills to the
litigation process primarily in fact-finding and damage-analysis
determination.
Ray holds a Master of Science (Taxation) degree
from the Stillman Graduate School of Seton Hall University. He is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants where he served
on the Litigation Support Services Committee. Ray has sixteen years of
experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Fraud Examiner and
Hospitality Consultant.

Gotthold
George Gotthold, CPA - George
has fourteen years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant,
Certified Financial Planner, Forensic Accountant, and Hospitality
Consultant. George concentrates in all areas of Federal and State
taxation; including individual, estate and fiduciary income taxation,
estate planning, partnership and corporate taxation. George also has
extensive experience in state and local and multi-state taxation.
George graduated from William
Patterson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in
1988. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Koseff
Helene Koseff, CPA - Helene has
over l2 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and
consulting services primarily to closely-held businesses. These include
real estate developers, architects, retail stores, law firms,
manufacturers, distributors of construction contractors, medical
practices, engineering firms, hotels and restaurants. Helene also has
assisted clients in acquisitions/sales of businesses, evaluating
accounting systems and the valuation of their businesses.
Helene graduated from Rider
University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and
in 1988 received her MBA from Rider University. She is a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey
Society of Certified Public Accountants. Helene is also a diplomat of
the American College of Forensic Examiners.
